Kelaine is an independent Project Management consultant. Since 1996 she has worked for medium to large Corporations where she has held jobs such as Project Integration Manager and Senior Project Manager, whilst pursuing her passion for residential properties - designing floor plans and managing the build process, along with preparing and presenting properties for sale over the past 15 years.

Kelaine's key skills of creativity, organisation and communication have been the key success drivers in each and every project, and the basis of Passion 4 Properties professionals. With our experience in Project Management, we understand that the key to success is effective communication and management of people and processes.

Marc heads up our Garden Maintenance side of the business, being hands on in every aspect. This area of the business manages residential, strata and commercial gardens - including both ongoing and once off services. Marc and his team are highly efficient in performing garden maintenance jobs, utilising a range of power tools that ensures a high quality result, in the most efficient time.
