This tired old 1960's unit has been transformed into a contemporary and functional home. The renovation of this large 3 bedroom unit comprised of a complete internal overhaul!
- The kitchen and bathroom were both stripped out and completely replaced
- The outside toilet was converted to a half ensuite
- The pantry door was relocated for ease of access from the kitchen
- Suspended ceilings were installed throughout most of the property
- New cupboards, flooring, window furnishings and painting throughout
Once the preparation and planning phase of the project was completed, the actual demolition and construction phase was completed within 6 weeks.

"Wow, what a change!!! And in just 6 short weeks! And with very few hassles.... for me, anyway!
I brought in Kelaine because I had been struggling to get started.... lack of time, lack of consolidation of ideas, too hard to co-ordinate all the activities/trades.... for several years on updating my large 3 bedroom unit from its early 60's decor.
